SUMMARY:Hornbækhus Community Choir
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to sing but have never tried before? Or would you simply enjoy meeting once a week and singing with other wonderful people? Then the Hornbækhus Community Choir is a beginner’s choir that’s just right for you! Here\, it’s not about hitting the high notes perfectly. It’s about having fun together\, feeling the sense of community\, and enjoying the music. \nWe start completely from scratch\, and you don’t need to read music or have any choir experience. There are no performance requirements – only the desire to join in. Come as you are and help create a safe and welcoming space where we can discover the joy of singing and singing in a choir together. \nWe begin with songs in unison\, and Anne will teach you how to hold your notes and what it means to sing in a choir. When we’re ready\, we’ll move on to simple two-part songs. We hope you’ll feel inspired to come and sing with us. \nThe choir will be led by Anne Lünell\, who has extensive experience in vocal teaching and choir directing. Anne has taught solo singing for over 20 years and has been active in the theatre group Mastodonterne since 2002\, first as a singer and most recently as a vocal coach. \nPractical information:\n• Start date: Tuesday\, April 7\, 2026\n• Duration: 8 weeks. We meet 9 times (last session on June 2\, 2026)\n• Time: Every Tuesday from 5.00–7.00 PM\n• Location: Hornbækhus\, Skovvej 7\, Hornbæk\n• Price: 800 DKK for the entire course \nEveryone is welcome – regardless of age\, voice type\, or singing confidence.

DESCRIPTION:We meet for communal dinner in the dinning room every evening at 7.00 PM. \nThe kitchen prepares seasonal food without dogma. The style is simple and with a focus on good raw materials. As a starting point\, the menu is vegetarian on Thursday and Sunday. Find the menu of the week further down the page. \nWe offer a vegetarian alternative for today’s meal every day. It is important that you\nnote the number of vegetarians in the comment field when you book your table. \nThe price is 175 DKK. for dinner per person and 50 DKK. for dessert. Dessert and coffee can be bought after the meal.
