Would you like to sing but have never tried it before? Or would you simply enjoy meeting once a week to sing with other wonderful people? Then the Hornb\u00e6khus Community Choir is a beginner-friendly choir that\u2019s just right for you! This is not about hitting the high notes perfectly \u2013 it\u2019s about having fun together, feeling a sense of community, and enjoying the music.<\/p>\n
We start completely from scratch, and you don\u2019t need to be able to read music or have any choir experience. There are no performance demands \u2013 only a desire to take part. Come as you are and help create a safe and cosy space where we can discover the joy of singing and singing in a choir together.<\/p>\n
We begin with unison songs, and Anne will teach you how to hold your pitch and what it means to sing in a choir. When we\u2019re ready, we\u2019ll move on to easy two-part songs. We hope you\u2019d like to come and sing with us.<\/p>\n
The choir will be led by Anne L\u00fcnell, who has extensive experience in vocal teaching and as a choir conductor. Anne has taught solo singing for over 20 years and has been active in the theatre group Mastodonterne since 2002 \u2013 first as a singer and more recently as a vocal coach.<\/p>\n
