Join us for an open-air Pilates session in the garden at Villa Strand.

Come as you are and enjoy an hour of movement with views of the sand dunes at Hornbæk Beach. Ida will guide you through the exercises, so you’re very welcome to join whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience.

We look forward to welcoming you to the garden.
Please remember to bring your Pilates mat.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
In case of bad weather, the class will take place indoors at Villa Strand or Hornbækhus.
