
Start your day with morning yoga at Hornbækhus, where we will work with various classic poses as well as breathing exercises. Everyone is welcome — both experienced yogis and complete beginners.
Practical information:
Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing and bring your own yoga mat and a blanket to cover yourself with during relaxation.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
When you arrive, you will be informed where in the hotel the yoga session will take place that day.
The location will vary from day to day depending on the number of participants and the weather. Please check in at the reception at Hornbækhus for the meeting point of the day.
