The cult sport GrillTennis is bringing its World Cup to Villa Strand.

For the very first time, the GrillTennis World Cup is heading to Hornbæk.

Teams of two will battle it out on the lawn at Villa Strand for the ultimate title: GrillTennis World Champion.

GrillTennis takes skill, precision and a good flick of the finger. A magnificent moustache, a high ponytail or a well-curated vintage tennis outfit won’t hurt either.

The action kicks off at 3.30 PM, with warm-up from 3.00 PM. Expect new world champions to be crowned around 6.00 PM.

The World Cup tournament is open to players aged 15 and up.

From 8.00 PM to 10.00 PM, the evening continues with the GrillTennis Hornbæk Cup – a more relaxed tournament open to everyone aged 10 and above.
