Winter getaway

Getaway with choir workshop

Experience the sense of community in a choir workshop at Hornbækhus, including an overnight stay in a double room.
The workshop offers an introduction to choral singing and basic vocal techniques and is open to everyone – both complete beginners and those with some experience.

We begin with gentle warm-up and breathing exercises and continue with simple vocal exercises focusing on tone quality, intonation, and articulation. Participants sing well-known songs in unison and also try canons and simple part singing.
The focus is on the joy of singing, togetherness, and listening to one another, with short breaks along the way for socializing and reflection.

The workshop lasts 3 hours and provides inspiration and confidence to use your voice more – whether on your own or in a choir.

Getaway with wine tasting and 3-course dinner – sold out

In collaboration with the local Petite Alsace, we invite you to an evening of wine tasting and a 3-course dinner.
Look forward to a flavorful journey through Alsace, with tastings taking place before, during, and after the meal. Along the way, no question is a silly question.

We play bridge for fun and hygge. Bridge experts Pia is the host and tournament leader during your stay. Everyone can participate.
During the stay from Sunday to Monday, bridge is played both days.
