Come join us for yoga at Hornbækhus as you are, freshly awakened with bedhead hair, and start your day with us. The class is for all – both the more seasoned yogi and the beginner alike.
Practical information:
Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing and bring your own yoga mat and blanket that you can cover yourself with during relaxation.
Arrive 15 minutes early so you can get settled in.
Upon arrival, you’ll be informed where on the hotel grounds we’ll be doing yoga that day.
Our yoga instructor is Anita Guldberg, who will expertly guide you through sequences tailored for students of all levels.
