We’ll meet for a welcome drink at 6.30 PM, before communal dinner at 7 PM.

Tonight’s Menu

Starter:
Seared tuna with a ponzu and lime dressing, soy, lime, ginger and sesame.
Served with cucumber, radishes and seaweed salad.

Main Course:
Roast beef fillet, served pink, with Pommes Anna, glazed carrots and green beans. Accompanied by a red wine sauce.

Dessert:
Kugelhoft ice cream, served with toasted almonds and caramel sauce.
