In this course, you’ll get a beginner-friendly introduction to basic knitting, and you’ll become comfortable knitting knit and purl in a simple pattern.
We’ll get started on knitting a dishcloth.

The workshop takes place on Monday November 23, 4.30 to 7 PM.
There’s room for a maximum of 10 participants, so there’s time for everyone to get help.

The workshop will focus on beginner techniques as we practise casting on, knitting knit and purl.
There will also be a little history of knitting.
Included in the price: tuition, plus a pattern for a sustainable dishcloth, and coffee/tea.

You can buy cotton yarn from the instructor for 15 DKK per skein. You can also bring your own skein in weight 4/8, and you’ll need to bring a 3.0 mm circular needle in 40 or 60 cm.

The only requirement to join the course is that you’d like to learn to knit and/or would like a refresher.
